Terms for using SpeakToScore

SpeakToScore is owned and operated by Lear Labs Private Limited.

SpeakToScore provides AI-powered speaking practice, analytics, and report tools for exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, and DET. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or damage the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your details reasonably current.

Paid features and subscriptions are processed through Paddle. Pricing, plan limits, and access rules may change over time.

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Refund requests made after that 14-day window are not eligible, except where required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for additional details.

SpeakToScore provides training feedback, estimated scores, and AI-generated recommendations. These outputs are educational guidance only and are not official exam scores or admissions decisions.

You retain responsibility for the content you submit, including recordings and responses. You grant SpeakToScore the right to process that content as needed to operate the service, generate reports, maintain history, improve the product, and provide support.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms & Conditions, misused the service, or created risk to the platform or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakToScore is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SpeakToScore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of SpeakToScore after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
