SpeakToScore refund policy

This Refund Policy explains how SpeakToScore, operated by Lear Labs Private Limited, handles purchases, subscriptions, and refund requests. By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a plan, or using paid features, you acknowledge this Refund Policy.
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
Refund requests made after 14 calendar days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
If a refund is approved, access to the relevant paid features or plan may be removed or limited.
Subscriptions and Plan Access
Some SpeakToScore plans may renew automatically according to the billing terms shown at checkout. It is your responsibility to review the checkout terms before purchasing and to cancel future renewals, if applicable, before the next billing cycle.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day refund window, contact speaktoscore@gmail.com with the email address used for your purchase and the reason for the request.
Billing Provider
Payments are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may have its own checkout, billing, and tax terms that apply in addition to our policies.
Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot legally be excluded.
